What is a Great Plains Equine?:
The GPE are a special breed of horse. They are large and sturdy breed, suited best for working a farm and pulling carts. They also were once used as war horses during the war between the Mountain and Forest kingdoms. GPE stand at 13-17 hands, though are most commonly ranging at around 15-16 hands. Their coats are sleek and soft, the colors and patterns are too varied to even list, though they are most commonly found with a 'paint' style coat. Their manes and tails are long and flowing, their hooves heavily feathers and nearly fully concealed. GPE's have long beards under their chins, both male and female, and have a pair of horns that sweep backwards along their necks. Their eyes range in any color of the full spectrum, and produce a glow that resembles smoke, or possibly flames. They are docile beasts, but are not easily tamed.
The hum of locust fills the air, deafening those nearby. The plants growing nearby seem to have wilted seemingly over night. Before you stands a scrawny mare, the swarm circling around her. Famine has appeared.

GPE Name: Fury's Embrace (Fury)
Gender: Mare
Horns Style: Stunted (rare)
Height: 13 H
Extra: Fury is the third of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Her eldest two brothers, Death and Pestilence, act as her guardians. The youngest Horseman, War, freely minds his own business. Sometimes they were together, sometimes separated. None of them really cared though. They liked some time to themselves. Fury is the calmest of them, War being the most aggressive. Though Fury may look weak, it is actually a trick. She is a very good fighter, and doesn't let a strong enemy stop her. The others also help her fight against the attackers. The horsemen have been known to attack a full army, and obtain victory without the defeat of a sibling. She always looks starved, but no one knows why exactly. Fury knows Azrael from the beginning of the Apocalypse.
When He broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come.” I looked, and behold, a black horse; and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; but do not damage the oil and the wine.”
