Here is Plumerian #100 for you all! <3 A beautiful dragon ;O perhaps the subject of many ancient plumerian legends ...
Their special traits include ability to conjure up small sparks and flames (maybe at will, maybe not, up to you), constantly flaming yet never-burning feathers, dragonwings of course, and hard, scaled plates along their underbelly, like a dragon's. They're also slightly larger than an ordinary adult plumerian.


Here it is without feather flames or the red markings, if anyone is having issues getting the design right.

Hello everyone!
Due to exceeding the CS character limit, I've had to split this form into 3 sections.

Oh, why yes- hello there. My name is Igneel, as you may well know already. I assume I'm here to debrief you as to the three sections of this adoption paperwork. Well, the first section is the basic information posted here, as the other pieces of the form are elsewhere and there may as well be something here for those who wish to know a bit more about me. The second part is the main form, which contains all the original sections, answers, and the art gallery featuring many pieces of art of me. Finally, the last part of the form is my ask.fm account- which was set up for me to take up an ear to those curious enough to ask me questions.
