She would be a girl. Her name would be Lazuli, the second part of Lapis Lazuli. This is because Lapis Lazuli is a semi-precious stone that is the closest to what I know of to her color compared to other gemstones/semi-precious stones I know. (Although the only blue gemstones/semi precious stones I know are sapphires, aquamarine, blue diamonds, and lapis lazuli)
