What is a Shinju Marble Dragon?

Shinju Marble Dragons, or SMD's, are wolf-like flightless dragons about the size of a large pony that are covered in layers of thick and fluffy fur.
In the bones of their forehead and chest is inset 2 pearl-like gemstones, from which their name is derived from. However, they can have various similar beads in other areas as well. Usually these jewels appear in sharp and vibrant contrast to their fur but can be a large variety of colors and shades.
In males, the tail/back mane usually has vibrant contrast to the body fur. However, that's not the case 100% of the time.
SMD's can have various accessories, such as long "hair"-fur on the head and horns.

Okay so I would like a custom by a dif artist other than me since I won't be able to do anything complex until I get my new tab.
So I was hoping for a leopard type design with tiger stripes on the legs with the colors bright blue, bright pink, and bright green. I would like the background or the base color to be black. I would like her to have an earring in her ear, like a cuff, like number 19 has. I would like Kirarya to do it if she would please. Thank you ^.^
