▪ Personality: Tier is a quiet and thoughtfull Whelkon, who only likes quiet company. He prefers to think of what the world is like, and why, and think until he finds an answer. He never shares what he learns, or what he is thinking of. His bright pelt alerts others when he is nearby, and they come rushing over, curious about the strangely bright-pelted Whelkon. Tier stays in the shadows to avoid this, where it is more peacefull. It is said, if you look into his eyes, you see yourself, reflected back perfectly- and feel your place in the world, your purpose. He is an elusive Whelkon, who dreams human dreams, and thinks quietly in the shadows, watching the world. He remembers everything that ever happened to him, everything he has seen or heard, since the age of 2.
▪ History: Tier was born of two parents who were complete opposites of one another. His mother had a bright pelt, and his father had eyes like his. His father died shortly after he was born, fighting off a wild beast who sought to attack them. His mother, distraught, dissapeared one morning, and he decided to do the same. He left the herd, and came to a pool, where he looked into the water, and saw his mother's unusual pelt, and his father's eyes. He knew his place in the world, suddenly, meeting his reflection's eyes in the water. He used his eyes to watch the things that happened, and the shadows and trees to hide his bright pelt. He watched, and thought, and came up with answers. He was a sort of overseer. One day, he hoped to share his talent with colts of his own. He hoped to, one day, spot the Whelkon who would be his mate. Tier knew he would know her when he saw her.
