History: As I woke up I chirped and hopped out of my nest before shaking the bedding off of me. I walked outside where my other friends were waitingReady to explore?! I asked, my eyes gleaming in the newly risen sun.
As we started towards a cave to explore I looked around proudly. As we entered the cave the stones embedded in the walls started illuminating as they glowed from all shades of colors from blue to red, green to orange, black to white. We treaded on through the cave deciding ever deeper. As we did the colors grew more vibrant until. All was black. Guys maybe we should turn back Said one of my friends No way! I think I see something up ahead. I chirped leading the way towards the soft illumination, only when we got closer it grew more vibrant. As we gathered around the little pond we all started to glow until a blinding light flashed. We all woke up laying outside of the cave in the glittering rays of sun as the luxurious rays danced down like angels upon us. I was the first up and I noticed a pattern on my friends. I looked at my own pattern, a wave.
The end. Not my best piece of writing but meh, I probably won't win anyway so good luck everybody!
