Or how does it work. ^^' I want to say closed, but I want to let other people join the herd if they want but I don't want their wishes for their DBE to be compromised. ^^

Yes. A herd with open breeding overrides the closed breeding, but ONLY within the herd. So only members of your herd can breed with the closed breeding ones.

Yes. If it's closed breeding, all closed breeding mares and stallions remained closed, and all open breeding remain open. It has no effect on their status.

Example: Your stallion is in your herd and is closed breeding. Someone outside your herd wants to use him. They cannot, since he is closed breeding. -But- if they are in your herd, they can use your stallion. Stallions have no breeding cool down, mares have a week cool down per person. So, say I used your open breeding mare. I couldn't use her for another week, but you could still use her.

I'll get around to making the mares in the nursery, doing the breeding I have :S and making any babies into these lines that I haven't already. (If I haven't) And growing any up that haven't grown. Also, making more adopts and adopting out any that I still have up.
