I have a question c:

If we have a baby that doesn't have a collar, does this mean we can choose what it looks like as they age as long as it follows the design rules? Can we change things about a Hyde Hounds collar if it already has one after we own it?

I like the idea of collars just wanted to know how they work more xDD
