I just got woken up by my parents screaming at each other... This happens often, and im so sick of it... I have to go to college tomorrow, im going to be so tired during my first class.... This is really beginning to suck.

I've never cared about anyone in my life. By caring, I mean wanting the best for someone and empathizing with them when they're sad or happy. I always think about my own feelings first and end up selfishly directing every single topic to myself.

Welp.. didn’t go to school today because of my depression.

Which means I’ll have to go back onto my antidepressants and see
a psychologist before it gets worse.

Im kind of annoyed though, because I’m in my 2nd week of school
and I made a few friends and now I’m feeling crap again.

Life was starting to get better than my depression came along and
said, “nope, you’re not going to be happy”.

It's my final year, I failed half my mocks and I really need to be in, but I just can't

I guess I'm relieved I finally told someone how I feel
But now everyone is scared for me

I'm a terrible, horrible, selfish person

My parents want me to see a doctor
Last time we did that they suggested seeing a councilor, but we were on a waiting list for nearly an entire year and nothing happened
Last time wasn't so bad, but this time, I don't think I could manage if the same thing happened

My friend said something to me earlier that I'm starting to overthink and now I'm crying

She said "you don't like cuddles" and at this point I don't even know if she's right or not. I'm completely touch starved, I can't even remember the last time I had a real cuddle with anyone, but I'm really uncomfortable with physical contact in general. I just don't know what to do. Does anyone feel this? Like you hate being touched but you just need some affection?
