I started my acting class today. I was extremelyyyy nervous! I'd taken the class last year, but (if possible) I was even more nervous than I had been the previous year. Anyway, we're all in this lil' classroom together, and we start to play a game called 'murder'. I'm sure you've all played it before; the murderer winks at people around the circle, and they have to die dramatically. It was quite fun, and I even got a laugh out of the class a couple of times (!!!). So.. maybe my acting class won't be bad after all c:..

i made the spontaneous decision to rewatch all the videos
of me and my friends and lemme tell y'all, my heart BURST
in my chest i'm so in love with them and grateful to have
them, there are literally tears dripping from the bottom of
my chin bc i'm happy sobbing. like my darling cooper and
my sunshine sheb, both such talented musicians and great
people with beautiful souls... i am so blessed to be in a band
with them and to even have the privilege of having met them
in the first place. i never thought that i would have something
so solidly good in my life, something to get me out of bed
every morning with a smile on my face. i was just a hopeless,
screwed up kid with no friends and no idea what i was doing
but they found me. they bring out the best in me and taught
me how to love myself and genuinely look forward to all of
the beautiful things in the future. i'm so sorry i ever took
them for granted or doubted them- seeing my boy's blindingly
bright smile and the way my girl pushes her gorgeous long brown
hair over her shoulder all the time without realizing it. oh my god
y'all, i just... i don't deserve such beautiful and amazing friends

i'm really crying in the club out here. i just have all these visual
memories of laying on the couch at her house while she made us
coffee in just her bra and gym shorts, and while she was waiting
for it to brew she picked up her cat and spun him around in the
air and danced with him. and i can see him sitting on the couch
in his dad's work room, this little crease forming between his
eyebrows as he tries to work out the chords he wants to match
the lyrics i wrote. i can see him smiling as he walks down the
cluttered, dirty aisles of the nearby walmart because i made
him laugh and we need to find the type of ice cream that his
sister likes. and i can see her sitting in her car with her fingerless
gloves and a cigarette, telling me about how she doesn't feel
so broken the way she did a few months ago.

even if i never become anything, at least i'll have them

I made a friend a while back who offered to help review some things I need to submit, as she's gone through it before and was successful. It's just a great feeling knowing you have people on your side who are willing to help you out as best as they can. ^^
