- Golonka. Boiled pork knuckle or hock that is cooked with the bone and literally melts in your mouth when you take a bite. You can also roast it. It's so delicious!
- Aspic or Jellied Pork. To make one, you just need to boil together pork feets, knuckles/hocks and some ham or other meat with some garlic, allspice and bay leaves. Wait for meat to start falling off the bones. Remove bones and cut rest of it (skin,meat, etc) to small pieces. Pour it into the bowls and watch it solidify as it becomes cooler.
I love both.
- Tripe soup (main ingredient: thin, cleaned strips of beef tripe ). I ate it but... just nope.
