How many hours of sleep do you usually get on an average night? uhh maybe like 3 or 4 hours? an hour on days without school?
Have you ever had any hallucinations from lack of sleep? does making things out of the shadows count as hallucinations, because yeah. i also have paranoid thoughts about people, but thats just probably anxiety.
How long have you suffered from insomnia? tbh i dont remember, maybe since 5th grade? but i dont know.

i'd wake up in the morning as early as four am, feel exhausted throughout the whole day, until it's night. then i wake up. i eventually fall asleep at three am, then wake up at six. three hours of sleep.
i sleep soundly, though, and rarely wake up. yet i wouldn't call myself a deep sleeper?

Have you ever had any hallucinations from lack of sleep? yep. i see things all of the time, likeonce at a sleepover. i woke up at four am, and woke up my friends, who fell asleep five minutes after. i eventually put my head to the pillow, but i saw them sitting up. i open my eyes - nope, they're fast asleep. along with seeing a rabbit shadow on the ceiling.
How long have you suffered from insomnia? since forever. as a baby i'd scream and cry until i'd vomit all over myself, and cry myself to sleep.

this morning i woke up at 3am, i went to sleep at 11 last night.
this happens way too much for my liking.

i tried to talk to my mom about it, and she said "oh its probably because you're on your laptop all night."

How many hours of sleep do you usually get on an average night?

It really depends on how I'm doing mentally? If I'm really stressed out or anxious, I don't really sleep at all. (I take lil cat nap sort of things? Kinda like I'm sleeping but not? I'm not sure how to explain.)

Other than that, I get around five-ish hours if I'm lucky.

If I have, I can't really remember. My memory is really bad anyway, and the lack of sleep really doesn't help. I forget very simple things sometimes. ;;

Years now. I don't really know when exactly it started, but I can't really remember a time when I didn't have issues sleeping.

Have you ever had any hallucinations from lack of sleep? I get hallucinations all the time but I wouldn't say they're caused my insomnia since I have some other medical conditions that cause hallucinations.
How long have you suffered from insomnia? I had it when I was six and then it got better up until junior high and I've had it since then so I really haven't slept in over six years tbh.

Does anyone else end up sleeping in 'till like, ridiculous hours?

If I'm having an especially bad night, sometimes body will be so exhausted that I literally just pass out until like three in the afternoon. It's awful honestly. I feel like my entire day is nonexistent and then I'm right back to struggling to sleep again. The worst part is that I don't even feel rested afterwards. I feel like I'm always tired aaaa..

ping, yes i do!! I remember waking up at 10 or even at 12. I'm an insomniac (well yes i am xD) and it has changed my sleeping schedule for about 12 o'clock to like 2 or 3 am. (i usually sleep at about 9-10 pm before i have insomnia) but yeah true i always feel tired no matter what time i wake up. even in the weekends

definitely understand that struggle. I was up until 6 am last night haha

sometimes once I finally do fall asleep I can sleeps for almost ten hours and wake up at like 1pm
