Hello! I've been looking to move on from my old pokesona and onto something a little less... copyrighted XD

So I've decided to host a design contest, specifically for a Peryton character! A peryton is a cross between a bird and a deer, from my understanding. My specific preference leans a bit more 'gryphon' than 'wyvern', if that makes sense. But feel free to leave multiple entries playing with different ideas!

Feel free to mark the thread, it shows me that people are interested!

Rules

1) All chickensmoothie rules apply. Please do not get me in trouble ;w;
2) I’ll be keeping the three top entries, everyone else is free to do as they wish with their design!
a. Though, I may contact you after to see if you’d be willing to sell your design for price separate from your prize ^^
3) Rules may be added, should the need pop up. I am very bad at remembering which rules need to be stated.
4) Bases will earn you less points, but are allowed as long as you have proper permission.
5) Prizes will not be removed from the prize pool, but some may be added, so feel free to check every once in a while!

- (However, antlers? Huge bonus)
- Cool Colors (Blue***/Green**/Purple*)
- Dark Colors
- Neon/Scene/Goth/Emo/Edgy Aesthetic in general
- Stripes
- Blue Jays!
- White-tailed deer

Do not mind:
- Anthro (Upright)
- Warmer greens and purples
- Cooler Yellows and Reds
- Feminine/Masculine Designs
- Casual Aesthetics
- Formal Aesthetics
- Greys
- Tech Aesthetics

Dislike:
- Reds/Pinks in excess
- Undersaturated Designs
- Unreplicatable fur patterns

This is meant to be a bit of a sona, so incorporating some aspects of myself would make sense!
These aren't necessarily things you have to incorporate, but if you have the time to look through, it could give you a bit of an edge design wise!

About me:
- I have glasses
- My eyes are grey/green (which I'm told is kind of neat. And are probably the reason I need glasses.)
- I often wear polos/jeans because I am kind of lazy fashion wise
- Kind of awkward IRL (and online)
- My favorite color is Cyan
- My favorite number is 17
- I love dragons!
- I hoard jewelry. Nothing expensive, usually just the cheap, gaudy costume-esque jewelry you find at hot topic. Generally silver metals and teal/blue/purple accents.
- I also hoard dreamcatchers! They do not help, but I think they are pretty anyways.
- I’ve had a fascination with space since I was able to speak, according to my mom.
- (Which is just as long as I’ve been obsessed with Pokémon XD)
- I was a 90s/2000s kid (Though, that just makes me an adult now.)
- Fire has always been my element of choice, with lightning being a close second. (Spectral/ghost is also very neat!)
- Storms are also super cool, despite the sound of thunder freaking me out pretty bad.
- Rodents are my favorite general group of (real) animal!
- (Which may be why my favorite dog breed is the rat dog [Chihuahua])
- I am engaged to my beautiful fiancee! (No reason for putting this here, just excited.) Hoping to get married in April next year ^^
- (I may host a second contest to get a sona for her that way I can draw us together ;w; Her aesthetics differ greatly from mine)
