Sorry for the lack of detail. It's been a long week, and I'm not really looking into a long-term project.

Note that tips of the feathers act as fingers. There are only two of these feathery fingers, and a thumb. Optimal for finger food, not so much for tools.

I have also included a reference for this character without their goggles.
I couldn't decide between a crow or a cardinal, so this is sort of a fusion of the two avians.
