Well, of course it would be boring, as would going straight to botw's final boss.

The point I'm making is that Gamefreak would give you the freedom to choose what you would do. Chances are going straight to the elite four would be more of a challenge for hardcore players. Most would try to play through the whole game

in stores it's about $40. since it's new but usum has just come out, i would personally price it at $25

Yes... ultra moon is 39.99 "new" and is just 10-13 dollars extra. It would be really hard selling it at that price. The only way I see you selling it at that price is if a parent/grand parent doesn't know what they are buying. 20-25 sounds fair.

If I were you, I would wait until the games get older. Main story Pokémon games tend to go up in price as time goes on

It takes a really long time for it to go up... and it usually doesn't go above the price you bought it for (just around the same). Even white/black 1&2 haven't risen to its original price yet. The exception being heart gold/soul silver selling for 40-50 but I suspect that's because of Pokémon following you feature.

And just my opinion but it would probably be better to sell it before people start selling used USUM since they are essentially the same game but better.

I chained for a shiny vulpix and got one! I was looking for a friend and I managed to catch it. But then I remember they were looking for a low level one so I have to breed for it oops.

I have zero luck with that method, but fingers crossed that my shiny German ditto can finally hatch me a shiny
