Trying to work out how to make the belt decorations for the character below. Specifically the carriage wheels - everything else looks reasonable but those have me a bit stumped, Any ideas?

You could try a durable but flexible card?
Or maybe wire?

I'd make them out of craft foam so that they're durable enough to move with you and then cover them in worbla so they are strong enough to resist tearing. That's probably the easiest way.

So, I ordered the wig for the character I'm cosplaying over a month ago, and on the site and app for WISH, it says it's arrived. So I tried contacting support, and only got met with a robot.
Should I change the character? The wig is the only thing I need, and it hasn't come!

Wish can be a bit unreliable from what I've heard, but so can some post services. It could just be held up in transit for another day.
