Just join the party, man. :D

Oh, guys.. I've been tweaking this sketch forever and it still looks awful. Crits and redlines would be adored, as I'm slowly forgetting how to even draw my own character.. Let me just blame it on my inexperience on drawing men.

I do love drawing things that make no sense. Air pressured syringes, they exist in my world.

My drawing inabilities

Those are awesome. I cannot draw humans to save my life. I'll stick to drawing animals.

This is just a suggestion, but Nex, maybe you could make the left arm a bit thicker just above the elbow? it looks a bit thin to me. ^^
Edit: Maybe round off the elbow a bit, as well?

>3>; I'd wait for Alex to show up~
Everything looks really awesome except the hands o3o;
I made the arm on the left a little longer and moved the arm on the right forward, since it didn't really make sense to have the upper arm behind the body, then have the forearm and the clipboard in front =3 Hope this helped!

@Akami-chan: Thanks for the red lines ^^, they help a lot.

@Nex: I can't critique anything about your picture because I'm a total fail at humans, but you did a great job on drawing your character :3. He looks really good.

The lone wanderer. So tired, so miserable.
All but a mere shadow of an once vibrant soul.

Cursed by fate, burdened by sorrow.
Sentenced to a life of nothing but loneliness...
It looks like not everyone deserves a happy ending, after all.

Thanks for the compliments, the crits and especially the redline, guys.
I don't like hands anymore, they bother me all the time now. ):
But really, thanks a lot, Akami, I'll certainly be keeping that in mind for another tweaking session tomorrow.

Humans

Postby ☪ℓυηαя∂яσρ☪ » Sun Jul 17, 2011 11:36 am

I think the hands and feet are the hardest parts to draw on a human.

@Nex and Lilian 8D Glad I could help!

@☪ℓυηαя∂яσρ☪ Personally, hands are harder for me to draw than feet. And I generally struggle with legs. I wish I could draw from interesting perspectives OTL But I fail too much
