personality: Bold, confident and daring. Three things that make the
lone pirate both a friend and a foe. Already a foe to most, a
friend to few. The sea is like home to Caspias, being away
from the sea causes him to feel unsafe, and loose his
confidence, meaning you won't ever see him in large crowds
in market places (etc), he dislikes talking unless it involves
negotiating or arguing. This could be why he has few friends.

He has many aspirations in life, and one of them is to travel
the entire sea, however he doubts he can live up to the task
he's given himself, especially whilst being alone.

Caspias is very charming , and his clever tongue can get him
out of tricky situations. [He was put in a lot of tricky situations
when he was younger] He's very good at persuading others to
do things for him, and can be sly too. Sometimes he uses
blackmail to get what he wants, although rarely. Most people
automatically fear him because he's a shark and a pirate.

He often doesn't live up to his promises when the task is too
challenging, and instead withdraws himself from the creature
he promised. He isn't very social, so breaking a promise makes
him feel anxious about running into said person. However,
if confronted by said person, he'll be nothing but snappy, grumpy
and agitated - not showing any of his hidden anxiousness.

He hopes to improve his social life by hiring one or two helpers
on the ship. And hopes he doesn't have to pay them, because
honestly, he's not the richest pirate, (but some might say
otherwise, due to the pure gold piercings he has, but he stole them
when he was younger to make him appear more intimidating.) he
hopes to change that with his explorations, as he dislikes being
known as a thief, he wants to be known as a famous explorer instead.
He doesn't steal anymore, but its a part of his past that's stuck with
him, and people won't let him forget that. He's even wanted in
some areas, so that provides even more difficulty on his travels.

He's stubborn when called out on one of the few flaws he has, as
this can be seen as a sign of weakness - something he doesn't need
weighing him down. Due to this, he can be very angry at times.
He's usually chill though, unless he's around people he dislikes or
people who want to hand him in for the small bounty over his head.
He can sense when a threat is nearby and is quick to defend those
who might need defending. An avid fighter too, Caspias isn't afraid
to throw an argument in ones direction. He prefers to combat with
words - as he believes they can scar someone more.

favourite thing about the sea: Caspias is an avid ocean explorer, due to being a shark
- he loves to swim - he loves the smells. He can't see too well,
and often relies on scent to tell where he is. He's grown used
to the salty smell of the ocean - and likes to collect sea shells.
He keeps them in his cabin, but it's a big secret. He doesn't
want anyone to doubt his 'toughness', so he often hides his shell
collection. He likes to collect pearls too. He prefers the natural
treasure he finds in comparison to any treasure he may find.

He finds pearls to be very valuable, and keeps some that he
considers important, and sells the rest.

His favourite thing summed up is collecting the natural
treasure he finds, although it's not worth much to others
it's worth a lot to him. Sometimes with the things he finds,
he crafts small accessories, (so with a pearl and a little
bit of wire, he could make a terrible ring), however
because of his poor eyesight, the attempts at crafting end
up going terrible.

Extra ;; Although his vision is poor, as previously mentioned, Caspias
loves to stay up late at night and look at the sky. One day
he hopes to get close enough to someone so that they can lay
with him to watch the jewels of the night sky.

He's always wanted someone to fully explain the colours of
the sky to him, as he's partially colour blind. He's a
tritanope, meaning he gets deep purples and blues
mixed up, and often sees them as colours of black - so the
night sky appears dull to him. He wants to see the world from
someone elses eyes, and often wonders what could've
happened to him if he didn't choose to become a pirate.

My favorite thing about the sea you ask? I like her ways, one moment you'll be sailing calm blue water with nary a cloud in the sky. The next? Raging waves and driving rain, hurricanes blowing you this way and that. Sometimes these big storms are over before you know it and others? They last for days on end. It's enough to drive one to land and never return to her majesty, not this lad though. She's my calling and not just because I'm a Shark, nah mate. We're meant to be, she and I.
