Guest artists may design up to 5 Avidae, either adopts or starters! Avidae designs are realistic. Please read over the Genetics Guide and be sure that your entries follow those guidelines. Don't be afraid to look up real life references of cats!

In a similar vein to keeping designs realistic, Avidae's wings should not deviate much from the Avid's genetics/design. If you have a black tabby Avid, it's wings will be dark brown with black stripes. The membrane on leather wings is skin, and should be colored as such.

Applicants will usually have to show 2-3 designs at least to be offered a guest artist position. This is to gauge consistent quality from our artists.

You may make small lineart edits (such as nicked ears, scars, small fur edits, folded or curled ears) to your entries, but please refrain from large edits (missing limbs, wing edits, etc) or custom lined entries.

You may post your entries directly under this thread or make a cover for your entries.

Artists are encouraged, though not required, to join the discord server. The discord server ensures that communication between staff is swift and readily available.
