just experimenting.
this is one of the few times i've actually drawn a wolf, please don't hate on its anatomy. i know it isn't the best.
though, if you have pointers, i'd be most happy to hear them. ^^
if this doesn't fit the intermediate criteria move to sketches and experiments please. :3

What are you saying? This anatomy is excellent!
The tail connecting to the rump could be a bit thinner, as the tail bone is slightly smaller even if covered with a layer of fur and muscle. I also see that you seem to have forgone drawing the paws.

Understandable, as paws are rather difficult. If you'd like, I can direct you towards a rather amazing friend of mine who has been so kind as to draw a small tutorial on how to draw wolf paws.

Other than those pointers, I find this piece to be most exquisite. It certainly caught my eye. Especially the complimenting colors and how well you blended them.
