In 1984 Fawn Orphanage was the place to go for a little girl. Each day those babies would lie in their cots. Waiting for a mommy. A daddy. Each day they grew. Each day they grew sadder. Some were taken only to be returned. Some were never seen by their living mates again. They’d been taken into a good home with mommies who baked and daddies who worked. Then, one day, the old wing collapsed. Not badly enough to ruin the entire building, but enough to drop heavy debris onto the only two girls who still lived in there. 
The entire orphanage was shut down, and the workers found new careers, and all girls were transferred to a new childrens’ home. But, about four years later, those personnel were being found dead. Massacred. Under strange circumstances as well. Two different sets of bloody hand prints would be trailed across the roof, and viscous black liquid would be dripped in thick beads along the bodies. One man decided to investigate. He theorised that it had something to do with the orphanage- that was the only way that the people were connected. They came from different backgrounds, families, nationalities and even money situations. So it must have been the reason they were targeted as victims.
Banding together a group of scientists and documenters, he convinced them each, one by one, to join him in the search for whatever paranormal thing existed in there. After all had agreed, they set out, thermal vision and night vision cameras in hand, torches, food whatever was necessary to stay in there for three weeks. That’s what they had decided upon.
