I stared down at Hallow. "Dudet, I already know all your tricks." I hopped down next to Bun. "We've known each other for more than two centuries." I sat down, my tail over my paws, my wings tucked in. "Please don't smile. It just... makes me wanna puke my lunch. If I could even eat anything."

"Sorry..." Hallow said as she put back on her emotionless face "That must be why you are always able to scare Bunny instead of him scaring you"

Bunny laughed, getting up and brushing off his fur. "It's true, we have known each other for a really long time," he said. "And I could scare her! I will, eventually!"

I sulk around town, bored out of my mind. If only Jack was here, I think, he could cheer me up. I continue walking and I stop under a tree to play with the leaves that had fallen.

"I would love to see that," Hallow said happily but then her tone darkened

"I have to go," she sighed "if only Pitch was actually keeping up his part of the job maybe I might be less stressed out."

Bunny curled his lip at the mention of Pitch. "Oh, right... you work with him," he said. He hated Pitch, they all did.

I spot humans coming and jump up from the pile of leaves my cat figure was in. I shift back to my human form and conjour up some cats for the people. They are delighted at the sight and pet my cats. I smile and start walking back to where I was before.

"Well its not my fault that the man in the moon choose me to work with Pitch," Hallow scoffed "I hate him to, and now even more that he has been hiding around not doing anything." She looked around then looked at her feet.

"Well got to go," she waved "I have some business to take sure care off, like making sure it doesn't snow on the big night, will there be enough candy,etc," Then with the wind she turned into a puff of smoke and drifted into the shadows.
