Esther didn't enjoy the constant teasing she was receiving from fellow classmates. Sure, she had gotten used to it and found who her true friends are, but it didn't mean it wasn't completely and utterly annoying, to say the least.

Her mind was almost as if it was shut off as she used her wand to allow a soft feather to hover in the air.
All she needed to focus on was the strength and knowledge she needed to become someone who wouldn't be forgotten in the Wizarding World. She was already known for her interesting taste in fashion trends and music, and as she sat on the couch in the Gryffindor common room, her head resting on the palm of her hand, she wondered if this year was going to actually be eventful; for her, at least.

Turning to look into the room herself, she confirmed what Ron had said, although she had believed him in the first place. "I don't know how we'll find him." She thought, turning to Ron. "Maybe we should start with... Maybe he went back to the Great Hall? Or.. Maybe he's gone to the library?" She didn't see any reason why he would've gone there, but it was at least worth a try. Turning to exit, she felt her hand brush against Ron's. Feeling her face flush a soft pink, she began to walk towards the Common Room once again.

Esther began to get rather irritated.

The girl was now hanging upside down on the couch; her legs draped over the back cushion, head nearly touching the floor. Her skirt pooled at her hips, eyes wondering around the room for just a mere bit of entertainment. She was getting so tired of having nothing to do, not being on any adventures, not having some so-called, "Young Love Story," or something adults told her that she'd experience multiple times. She began softly kicking the air with her feet, legs moving slightly. Maybe there was something, or better yet, someone who'd make this miserable year worth something. Besides the lessons, she was convinced that there was nothing here for her, really. Still on the couch, her upside gaze met with the fireplace, the bright, amber flames dancing in her eyes. She craved adventure, danger, something that would put her name down in history. Maybe she should start hanging out with that infamous trio she liked so much. Too bad they never even spared her a glance every time she tried to crack a smile at one of them. Maybe her luck just isn't the best at the moment...
