"Is Lomos the name of your dragon?" Jay asked. Ika remained silent, curious to hear the answer as well; they hadn't actually introduced themselves to each other yet, after all.

Shad: *nods* Mhm...and I'm Shad. *smiles a little*
Lomos: *bows his head, snorting approvingly and grinning* ...gr~

Jay smiled. "Hi, Shad. I'm Jay, and this is Ika." She gestured to Ika.

Ika dipped her head in response to Lomos. "Nice to meet you."

Shad: *clings tightly to Lomos* Mm. Nice to meet you. *smiles*
Lomos: *grins and licks Ika* Likewise~ *smiles wide, showing off his teeth*
Shad: *concerned* ... *bends over and whispers to Lomos* Zu'u los kras astir tinvaak...
Lomos: *licks her* ... *smiles some more*
Shad: *relaxes* Okay... *yawns* ...

"Wow," Tarben breathed. The people of Berk didn't ride horses, even before they befriended dragons. A horse on Berk was a rare sight. "He's beautiful." Ember snorted at the skittish animal, unperturbed by its behavior. She didn't quite know what it was, so she didn't find herself wanting to eat it. "I think I saw a dragon crash nearby," Tarben started. He didn't really care anymore that he was completely drenched by the rain, nor that lightning was flashing overhead. He had to raise his voice over the loud crack of thunder that swiftly followed. "Do you want to go check it out?"

Brenna's eyes were drawn to the scratch on the dragon's side. "You're hurt," she murmured. Strangely, she felt a strong desire to help the dragon. She'd only known dragons as killers, why would she want to help one? Nonetheless, she continued her cautious approach, eager to get a better look at the gash.

After his failed attempt at flight, Stormchaser was dissuaded at trying again. Instead, he crawled towards a nearby overhang, using the claws on the joints of his wings to take the pressure off of his wounded leg. He whipped towards a noise and noticed that a dragon had crashed nearby. Nonetheless, the Skrill continued toward the overhang to take shelter from the storm he normally would have loved.

Jay smiled back before asking, "Where are you from? I don't think I've seen you around before, and I've lived here my whole life. But I didn't think anywhere else had befriended dragons, besides Berk..."

Ika was a bit surprised at being licked but just kinda let it happen, smiling back at Lomos as best as she could - her mouth shape was not exactly conducive to smiling.

Shad: *blinks* mmm...I don't remember exactly... *thinks really hard* *looks at Lomos* Kriivahkei?
Lomos: *nods* ...
Shad: *smiles* Um, I remember "Murderous"... but that's about it... *shrugs*
Lomos: *wags his tail, laughing at Ika* Graha~

Rouge huffs lowering down his head to make himself look peace as he watches her approach. *Whats she doing* he thinks letting a calming rumble. He shifts a bit to get more comfortable.

Jay furrowed her brow, confused. "Murderous? That doesn't really help... and what is 'Kriivahkei'? I've never heard that before."

"Do you remember where you guys are from?" Ika asked Lomos, curious.

Shad: *laughs softly* Oh...'kriivahkei' is 'murderous' in my language. And... *she strains her memory* That was the name....of.....my.... *can't remember* .....um........ *remembers* Oh, that was my tribe! *smiles* Murderous tribe.
Lomos: *motions to Shad* Shad hatched me from my egg. We came from our tribe, and went out to fly a little while ago, but then something happened. *doesn't remember* ...
