Samantha walked away from the fence and she saw John but didn't think he really wanted to talk to her so she turned and stated to walk the other direction. She heard the soft moan of the infected women running at the fence behind her and she just sighed as she wished things could be different, as she wished there was no Return.

John looked down at the woman's outstretched fingers, and he slowly reached out a hand, but didn't touch her. He took in a slow, deep breath before taking a step back and looking to the ground. "I'm sorry..." He whispered before turning around on his heel and looking back to the land in front of him, walking away.

Samantha walked back to her house Sammy on her heels as she walked into the house and shut the door after Sammy ran in. Samantha went to the stove and put on some food she had been saving all day then she turned and gave Sammy a raw piece of meat. Samantha leaned against some cabinets and slowly slid down tell she was sitting then she sighed putting her head between her knees and Sammy came and sat next to her with his tail thumping.

Victoria pulled out a pan and plopped eggs onto it. I hope Alex asks for me to be wedded to him... He is really nice and I have liked since 6th grade!

Alex smiled and kissed his mothers cheek then ran out the door "good luck" she yelled after him. Alex nodded and ran down to Victoria's house, he knocked on the door but sh wasn't there, but he saw fresh prints in the snow and he fallowed them leading up to Victoria. Alex smiled "can i help you with that" he said his crooked smile shining

Samantha walked down to town bored her mind still caught up with the boys asking for girls hands. Samantha really didn't want to go to the sister hood witch is where she had to go if she wasn't asked because she lived alone and the sister's believed that her being a women couldn't keep up with all the work and her school work. So Samantha was pretty much doomed, she knew no man had ever taken an interest in her although she wished they had.
