I'll be talking about FR things for CS things first and then I will be talking about FR/CS things for Animal Crossing New Leaf things after that. c:
Alright, I really want to get rid of almost everything on FR (I'm Zazouh (#37907) over there as well as here) so here's what I got and what I am looking for:
If you want to trade your currency for my items: I'm trading things for lowest AH price -10%. c:

Apparel:
Leafy Gladeboughs (lowest AH: ~75k)
Illuminated Crown (lowest AH: ~30k)
Familiars:
Water Sprite (lowest AH: ~575k)
Wavebreak Snarler (lowest AH: ~50k)
Sunbeam Ursa (lowest AH: ~75k)
Graveyard Guardian (lowest AH: ~30k)
Sunbeam Soldier (lowest AH: ~100k)
What I want:
Maybe:
Raven Dog (390g), Green Liontail (780g)
Otherwise, I also take C$, not for the Water Sprite though!
Current gem:treasure rate is about 1:650 which means 1C$ = 6g = 3900t if I am not totally wrong. c:
You can either take one item/familiar (I am fine to overpay a bit!) or combine items to get to the amount needed for the pet. c:
Also, in Animal Crossing New Leaf I am looking for the following tools/items and what I would pay:
Golden Net - 20k treasure / worth ~5C$
Golden Fishing Rod - 20k treasure / worth ~5C$
& 
Pink Wet Suite & White Wet Suite - 20k treasure each / worth ~5C$ each
Treasure Chest - 50k treasure / worth ~13C$
Flip-Flops - 10k treasure / worth ~2.5C$
Yellow Aloha Tee - 10k treasure / worth ~2.5C$
The prices mean that I can either pay currency or items or C$ or pets around the worth, I am fine to haggle a bit, too. c:
I strictly prefer to go to your city, pick up the items I will trade for, then I will send the payment and stay in your city until you tell me you received the payment. I have absolutely no interest in cheating or scamming, tons of trades in the past proof that. I can't lose all my rares here on CS or all my currency on FR - that would be plain stupid of me if I would risk that in any way. c:
