I think my game file is corrupted :(
the game refuses to load. But at least I should be getting the Sims 3 for my birthday.

Alright guys, I need your help on thesims3.com.

I have already created an account, but when I go to register my serial code. It won't work. I am 100% this is my code and I have tried it over 3 times with no success.

I have contacted the department right now, but hey....even that's not working right. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would love to know. Or if there is a way to download the pets, sims, ext, without using the serial code. I just want a few beautiful exotic animals....

Was your game pre-owned? If it was, and the owner already registered it on thesims3.com, then you cannot register it again. Other than that I can't imagine why it would do that, I've never had that problem.

Do you giys prefer nraas mod or something else? I was using nraas, but i have problems with it every time

For mods I definitely stick to Nraas mods. I've never had a problem with them though... Which ones are you using?

Have you checked to make sure that none of them have performance issues with the others? I think there are some of Nraas mods that aren't compatible with each other? Other than that all I can think of is perhaps downloading the mods once more, as maybe one of the files got corrupted? I'm really at a loss. I do use mods myself, but have no experience regarding technical difficulties with them.

Just to add to this, you need to have your game patched up to the latest update, and you need to be using the most recent version of NRAAS mods.
