i love any opportunity to infodump :] i've been a big fan of castlevania lately, my absolute favourite is maxim kischine!

even though he's ultimately not important to the overall franchise(most characters aren't), he's the reason the game he's apart of even has a plot and ties his friend juste in with the belmont family's tragedy of fighting dracula. maxim wanting to protect his friend from his inevitable fate + thus creating a self-fulfilling prophecy out of himself that would lead juste directly to that fate .. the theme song being titled successor of fate..... sooooo good

Dr. Rosenberg from Half-Life Blue Shift / Half-Life Decay is great, he's in the top 10 side characters. He and Dr. Keller are like the beta versions of Dr. Kleiner and Magnusson, which is very silly I think. It's his idea to contact the military, which goes Very Wrong, and then he proceeds to just.. leave. Fair reaction, but very unheroic of him. Smh. (also he's not in HL2 which leads me to believe barney went with the rest of HL2 characters and rosenberg stayed behind which is very funny to me. have fun in the americas with all the aliens and zombies)

I think Gilligan from Gilligan's Island is adorable. He just has a fun loving personality and is so innocent. I wish I could have him as a best friend

The way she was portrayed in the manga/anime made me really believe and understand why everybody loves her and why the world went crazy for her. Getting behind-the-scenes with her personality made her all the more likeable, the author really knew how to make a charismatic character and frame her in a light that made you think, "Yeah. I get why everyone likes her." She steals your attention every second she's on screen and I'd be hard-pressed to find someone that doesn't like Ai, or at the very least doesn't understand why everyone loves her.

Sans Undertale.



Of course this guy has to be on here. I'm no rabid Sans fangirl, there's no, "original oc do not steel, she's dating Sans and he loves her v v much" etc. But the Undertale fandom and all of the Alternate Universes of "Okay- what if Undertale but--" deeply influenced my life and introduced me to someone online who I now live with.

I can't not mention this guy.

Even if it's not just the original Undertale character who I deeply admire, him and his source material really sparked my creativity in my youth and I've been writing with the person I now live with since Early 2017, starting with kind of cringe Undertale fanfiction (even some of that to this day, as a treat), and now we're developing our own worlds and stories and I've been having a blast with them for the past 6 and a half years of my life.
