Personality: She's a sweet girl who is also shy and awkward. She struggles a lot but her friends (mainly her boyfriend) keep her going.
What I'm looking for in the art: I JUST finished her design, so really anything, although I greatly prefer fullbody (if it isn't fullbody, I won't be as willing to negotiate) and adore pixel art. I'd love pixel art of her with her boyfriend (who is just a tall chocolate lab with hazel eyes that have more blue than green in them) or just couple art of them in general. I want digital art, I just don't like traditional as much if I can't have the piece in the flesh.

(I didn't mention it on this hand-drawn reference sheet of sorts, but her fins raise when happy and droop when sad as well.)
Personality: I don't really have one for her. She's going to be my YouTube mascot/MLP-reviewer-esque character.
What I'm looking for in the art: Please could you make it transparent, and facing to one side; she's facing forwards in the reference because I've never drawn a Chinchou before. I'd prefer if she had three expressions: happy, neutral, and sad.
