Thanks for making this, I always try and be as nice and respectful as possible. But these things definatly needed to be striaghtened out.

I really like this article... very good warnings. Many customers are very patient and well mannered, and I feel that this may have helped that.

I just wish it mentioned one crucial point which is reading everything. If you don't have time to read the first post (s) and the last post (usually back to the last full page or where the artist last commented) you don't have time to order. Most people are pretty good about this but every few request there is the one who ask the question that has been answered several times. The added benefit to checking the last post is that artist often update with out updating the front post and you can miss important information. -steps of soap box- I'll go back to my drawing but I thought it was worth mentioning to those reading.

what about when people ask to be part of the art shop's staff (like a mod) when it clearly says to not ask to be staff. I've seen that happen.

i'm hoping to open an art shop, but i know nobody will come to it -^-... but this is a v e r y helpful thing. i, for one, would only enter an art shop to look at things (no rare pets/c$/whatever the hay someone wants) but woow this is cool.
