Can you also give him a little halo?

Colours: as in the really bad picture... chocolate brown head merging into a blue body with teal fins, also his two little fins that hang down from the front (if you even want to draw those, you can't see them in the picture) are also brown, also his tail is a veil tail if you need extra reference

Type (e.g. traditional, digital, sketch, b&w, colour, w/ shading, full body, headshot etc.): whatever you feel like doing, preferably colored though
