hi someone offered me this horse for my cat. is this fair?

This is unfair to the horse. Though they both hold the same value of VR, there’s a 6 year difference between the two pets making the horse more valuable.

1.i know it's overpay(?) but i feel iffy about it (2010 rat for bulk pets)

3. Multiple items and eggs for my eggs (among which are egg 87, 89 and 40 on their side)

#1 is underpay for the rat because it's from may 2010, but you should consider if you want to keep it for your collection or if you want to trade it, because it's often a bit hard to trade away rats even at higher rarities. Ultimately it would be fair to you rarity-wise, but if you don't want to trade that many pets for one you of course don't have to!

#2 is fair to maybe slight underpay by the other side depending on your preferences, just because the current event animal eggs tend to be higher demand.

No idea about #3, sorry, but id guess probably overpay in the other side because of the GSD egg and egg #40

#4 is definitely overpay on the other side since those rats will probably turn out euc/rare, there's the aspect of higher demand for current event animal eggs coming in
