yellow sorbet for td red rose dog or nontag for td red rose dog

1 i know they're both .5n, but i do not keep up with the sorbet demand, plus since the red rose is a td, I'm just not sure? just would like a second opinion (:

and 2nd i just don't know the nontag demand/which would be better to trade off
