How fair is this? Should I add more?

C$750 = UR Butterbun tier on the main list. Zebra's often go for 1 - 1.5 nons with their bad demand (1 non = 3 sorbets), so even with the cake dog it is considered pretty unfair to them. You'd need to add over the worth of 2 sorbets to make it remotely fair^^.

Demand wise it's really unfair to the BMD! BMD's can go for up to a balloon dog with demand, and the lime ice rat on their side has very bad demand (and typically goes for underpay) so it'd be a smart move to keep the BMD.

Heavy overpay rarity wise on the toxic side. Valuing the BMD at a balloon dog with "demand" then the toxic is still overpaying by 3x that value

it's about fair, the flop blood dog is worth 6-7 '09 rares and the black and white border collie is worth 7-8, so the 2008 tess horse fills the gap.
