Rats are....pretty hard to trade off unless to rat hoarders or in quantity trade ups. Trading them down can be a pain unless for underpay or other rats. So it depends on your goals.

However in terms of rarity, the speckled rat is worth 18 mid advents, the winged blood dog is worth 4 and the vixen is worth 1 (more popular than some on his tier but I wouldn't value him any higher than it). I personally value zodiacs at an 09 rare each, so the rest of the rares would make maybe a high advent to low september list roughly.

The Ice cat is worth about 29 mid advents. So it needs a september list adding at least to make it fair.

Unfair to the other side I believe, they're overpaying. None of the items have any special demand, at least none that I know of, and I don't think your side is worth a tier 7 Advent. You'd need to add a bit more

Demand wise, no this is really unfair to you. The august pps lion often goes for a mid advent or maybe a tier 7 advent if you find the right person. They traded you an advent tier 4 pet and a mid advent is a tier 5 pet.
