No. The uncommon ones are worth other uncommons, and can tend to go for overpay, like an 09 rare, and the rare ones are worth another rare from the time period but may go for 1-3 o9 rares depending on who you're trading with. Not everyone will overpay for them. =)
An o8 non-list rare is worth the same as an early o9 rare or an o9 rare+ o9 uncommon.

the group is worth about 3.5 nons. definitely not nearly enough for the SET but it's enough for the red cerb + add, and about a non short of the orange cerb. but you'd need to add 2-3 nons worth still for the set.
