Ugh...to adopt or not to adopt? </3 My birthday is on the 13th, and it would be sweet to have a couple b-day pets, but I hate the stress of late growers!
I just adopted all but one now and save one of each pet for the 13th haha. That is...if I even remember to ovo;;

i got all four :0 i can relaaaax
and maybe trade away the spares. but what if they're splits? ;0;

im pretty sure 2nd/3rd gens never split but there could be a few exceptions im not aware of (i heard it's happened once or something?)

It's a pretty uncommon event, but yes, it DOES happen. Not as often as it used to, though.

January 2009, October 2016, July 2014 and Vday 2016 are instances of 2nd Gen splits that I remember on top of my head^^

I'm super excited for all of these pets - They're all incredibly my aesthetic and I'm already loving them. The 3rd gens are super cute, and I love! LOVE! that there are ratties again this month. But I'm a big sucker for rats. I'm also a big sucker for anything rainbow and purple and there is a lot of that this month too so I'm just like... Thank you CS for my aesthetic.

The fact that the foals are biology based is really interesting to me, and I'm really curious to see where their design goes! Right now I'm thinking cells, but the guesses other people have of deep sea worms (tunicates, maybe? oooh) is neat, too.
