I'd say it's about fair since although it was a free drop, it seems lots of people didn't get it so it'd probably be an uncommon / rare? Please get a second opinion though.

I'm not sure how much the GSD pup is worth so is this fair

it's impossible to tell how fair it is until the rarities come out. But it's technically unfair to you, because the GSD came from a free box and the Jester dog was a prize for turning in tokens. So rarity wise, I think it's safe to say that it's unfair to you. As for demand, the scared stiff dogs' demand has been declining very fast as more and more people acquired them towards the end of the event.

Demand is important too. and that places the GSP still higher than a pet that was available for 3 or 4 tokens.
It took people a lot longer to get the pup than to collect some token

please correct me if im wrong, but isn't that a purple heart advent? In that case, it's very unfair to them, as the purple heart is a high advent.
