just to add on to this, no it isn't worth 4 nons, but demand makes it possible for it to get 4 nons

It's worth a CEG + a balloon dog tier. I believe its value still somewhat fluctuates, so it can go for more than its tier, fair trades or less than its tier, depending on the users
