Absolutely nothing except for the fact that it was one of the first items released. You can see that in the archive, as it was one of the '08 Christmas items. All of that item of the id of 9.

Yes, that is a custom item. There's a few different custom items on the site. In general, if you can't find it in the archive, then it is most likely a custom, semi-custom, or glitched/borked item that got replaced with another version (most of these aren't even on the site anymore aside from a few as far as I'm aware). The "borked" fairy headband is a good example of the last group of items I meant.
