Man, I don't even know worth anymore. I understood the Rares List Guide, and from my understanding even though it's gone, the basis is still kind of there and expected, but I'm having a hard time determining what's "fair" and not these days hahaha

i’ve not been on the website as long as some of you guys, but i used to play without an account back in like 2012-2014 and then forgot about CS until i rediscovered it on a google plus forum. I had an old account, but it was lost to time, i can’t remember what the username was, the password, or the email that was used.

I grew up with the game. I remember the excitement of running home from school to check the site, and to chat with my old friends. Those were the days.

I've been the same since returning! SO little clue, Horror updated their guide yesterday and i've found it somewhat helpful but i'm still afraid to trade anything other than current swaps or obvious straight swaps!

question for all you oldies! is the purple sleipnir a regular pet or a store pet? bc i saw one that said given to user by CS Store, but it doesn’t have the C$ tag on it.

Way back in ye oldie days, they had a different set up for trading in your tokens during events. It is not a store pet as you can see I traded tokens: here

They got another mechanic for future token trade ins and no longer go through the cs store.

Ps: Holla if ya still got your 09 token trade ins

I can't believe I didn't know this before! I always thought the Purple slep was a store pet when I first joined in 2011 - I wonder if this is why o:

It's not just the purple sleipnir! My other Halloween token pets say cs store as well!

It was token trades but it was through the cs store until they had another mechanic to replace it. Just like the pound user to be an account you send trades to. Not like that in 2023
