I would say this is fair. Each of their store pets are worth about a early-mid '1o rare. One mid o9 rare= 2 '1o rares.

Typically more ^^ the only time I saw it go for a fair swap was when someone swapped a TD sunjewel for one ^^
The UR tiger usually goes for 7-10 nons (usually 7-8 ish, rarely 10. So don't get your hopes up ^^;)
