What is this like demand wise? I've only ever seen the UR B-wolf go for a non-UR Cookie value?

tbhh demand wise i wouldn't take this, i think the coontail has a decent demand as well and although the september/advent lists may have decent demand, they don't go for a main list alone.

I know the flower pot is worth bout 2 sorbets, but it seems it doesn't have the best demand (which is unfortunate because it's cute)

rarity wise - nope, i'm sure the only list they're offering is the santa rat (advent) while your dog is a september list.

demand wise - also a big no, uncommons and items really don't have high demand, including their only list pet and the tess horse. definetely wouldn't take this

Which is more fair?

Both of them are pretty unfair, but I’d say the first one, the green toxic is on the mainlist, below the gap and the second offer is very, very unfair, it gets no where near the green toxic.
