Hello! I too like previous commenters before me, are just curious about things! I'm not Indian, rather Native American and a bunch of other European things. When do you guys get off from school for like vacation, if you do?

Well, we have summer vacations from May to June or July. Then we have winter and new year's holiday from mid December to January. In between we get many holidays for the various festivals and celebrations that are always happening in India. They vary from state to state and from school to school.

Yeah, it was a lot of fun. Most of the restaurants were pretty crowded and the streets were filled with enthusiastic Bengalis, but it was a day spent well
