I applied for an oekaki moderator and a general helper, but I have a question,

How do you approve drawings when your an oekaki moderator, is it a PM system or something else?

There's an approval queue set up in the moderator control panel. You can see drawings in there and approve them if they follow the rules

Well, it depends on how good your form is. Statistically speaking, it depends on the number of members that will be hired vs. the number of total forms for that position. For example if they will hire 3 Oekaki mods, and 10 people apply, you're chances are better than if 100 people apply. For a community as big as CS's, I'd say it really depends on the quality of the form since a lot of people will apply for every position.

Can we please try to limit the amount of spam here? It's great that you're all excited but it's difficult to find the questions among all the good lucks and everyone saying which position they applied for.

I think so, yes. It says you can't apply if you're under active COPPA protection, but if it got disabled, it wouldn't be active anymore.

I would think so, as the only thing separating them and regular members is the lack of ability to communicate and their age. As long as they know enough about the site and it's functions, I believe they can apply.

I have a quick question: Can anyone apply for General Helper even if they have not been on CS for a while? For instance if they joined maybe two weeks ago would they still be able to get picked for the position?

As long as you meet the requirements of being on CS for at least 6 months and having 300 forums posts at minimum then you can apply, if you are under those requirements then I would assume you will not be picked. There will probably be more job openings next year though if you miss it this year!

Of course! You'll just need to stick your eyes out for questions users ask and/or welcoming people in the Introductions Board, since that is primarily your job as a General Helper. Other than that, you're free to continue your normal CS lifestyle. ^^

Hopefully you guys check Metallic Dragon's post about the limited spam, so future questions won't be so hard to find. ;3
