i just love these wish i could draw like that..
you should defiantly animate some.
its sort of hard if you want smooth frames and takes some time but with you gorgeous artwork it would look amazing..

what was your main tool drawing this??? looks like spray paint almost or maybe pen with a bit of scattering with lower opacity??

I Use mainly the pen tool on my fav settings, except i dont turn on smoothing so i can move my brush faster.

and the watercolor tool on default settings to blend everything, and then airbrush to make stuff glow :3
thats basically it ^^
