my quirk of mine is getting flustered when sb makes eye contact with me when i'm daydreaming about something
i know nobody sees what i see / think about, but it's so unnerving to me either way
staring deep into my soul
there's nothing there, just fantasies that would never happen, stop looking!
and then I feel guilty about even thinking about it in the first place
what if it's illegal? what if it'll make somebody uncomfortable?

what I'm saying is, I'm glad mind reading is only fictional
and I won't be getting a chip installed in my brain any time soon

the hand placement is just a thing i do sometimes?

I cannot describe just how much I relate to this

I don't know if there's something wrong with me but I have that constant feeling of not being safe in my own head
No one even needs to look at me, no one even has to be around
I am scared of thinking about anything, scared of being myself in the one place I should be safe, being judged
The constant paranoia of someone listening in is unbearable

I feel scared of when I think of something secretive and then something just clicks in my brain "what if someone knows what I'm thinking?" And I end up getting scared as could be.
Elon musk just used his first brain chip in January and it scares me to this day.
