Prompt: Koalatuft is constantly sleepy due to two reasons. Reason one is during the day Koalatuft is helping the clan's queens by kit sitting. She will often play with the kits or tell them stories while their mothers get some rest or get out of the nursery to stretch their legs. The second reasoning is due to the fact she will nine times out of ten volunteer for the evening patrols that same day. It's an endless cycle for her, but she does it out of love for her clan. Koalatuft doesn't seem to be bothered by the lack of sleep, although she can sometimes be found napping with the kits from time to time.

Prompt: Koalacuddle had become a researcher a while ago. Ever since then he had taken nights and nights of just sitting and watching the small pool of the dark waters in his nest under the roots. His mate, Troutnose, has always worried for Koalacuddle. He has always had an abnormal sleep pattern, especially after leaving his premature retirement and becoming a researcher. He had gone from sleeping for most of his days to staying awake for far longer than he should. Now that he hadn’t slept in a while, it was all he wanted.
“You should rest my dear, its not good for your head to stay up this long.”
Troutnose warned, taking a seat next to her beloved mate and nuzzling into his cheek.
“I can rest later. The dark waters are a hazard we must eliminate. Youve heard the communicators, the great rays refuse to talk about the waters.”
He replied. He always responded with the same thing. Wearher the dark waters were a curse, dark magic, or just plain pollution, he was determined to put an end to the mutations

Tolo yawned because of course they did, they were always yawning.

“Tolo!” Nuani called out. “I am trying to explain something to you!”

Nuani was fiery, that was a fact. She took no nonsense from anyone and made it known. Unfortunately, Tolo was experiencing that first hand. It wasn’t their fault exactly that they were always so tired! They really were trying.

“I’m paying attention Nuani-” Tolo spoke, their sentence ending in a yawn.

Nuani seemed to turn red with the second yawn. Tolo turned around looking for sympathy but saw all the cats shaking their heads. ‘Classic Tolo’ seemed to be the common thought.

“Tolo, if you won’t pay attention, how about you go take a nap.”

Tolo protested slightly to make it look like they were putting up a fight but practically ran back to their den, the most energy they had shown all day. A nap! What fun!
