...evlano [ eh-va-la-no ] , rediscovered on 1/31/2017
...evlanos are a primitive species, with ancestor roots shared by lions and fossa. once thought to be extinct, they were rediscovered in the artic! subzero temperatures and the harsh environment has made it so this species haven't evolved much. as such, scientists all over the world have a crave for the beasts, and are all competing to be the first to study them. many would argue that mastering the knowledge of these creatures would help to pave the path to understand ancestors and evolutionary links that were previously lost.

what's their favorite animal?/why: ring-tailed lemurs!! lionel loves how they can jump around and climb from tree to tree; they frequently dream of doing it too, swinging from branch to branch with ease, but they dont tell anyone that. lionel also likes how it looks like lemurs have little masks on their faces and their super long tails!

favorite animal and why; sadie has been obsessed with every sort of spider since forever! as a child, she would collect the ones she found around her home and keep them in jars, constantly observing them and writing down their habits. Now, she has a whole room, filled with shelves of terrariums that all house at least one arachnid. she finds them absolutely fascinating and unlike any other animal on earth.
