This contest is an impress me, and it will run a little longer to let you guys make your forms. Keep in mind, too, that you absolutely may pretty up your form, but I will not judge based on looks. It doesn't give you an advantage of any kind, it is simply an artistic choice to format it nicely. ^^

With that in mind, Your form must have a history section, and it must have at least one extra(doesn't have to be art!). Other than that it is completely up to you.

name; Tzili, meaning "my shadow" in Hebrew.
gender; Female, quite obviously.
history; Tzili had a fairly normal childhood. She was raised by a family who loved her very much. The only problem was that they didn't particularly agree with her career choice. Tzili has always wanted to be a professional artist, to work for a company like Disney. Her parents disagreed out of worry for their daughter, but Tzili couldn't see that. She just thought they wanted to put her down, so she ran away. She's still running today, even though she misses home dearly. It's for her sense of pride; she doesn't want to go home because she's afraid that she'll have lost.

Name: Marlene [called 'Mar' for short] means 'Free one'
Personality: Relaxed - Content - Dislikes change - Distant - Polite
History: When Mar was born it was a hot summer day with a slight breeze, it was nearing the end of summer so the forest seemed to be alive. She doesn't remember much of her mother's companion nor her siblings, except her oldest brother. Mar was the last-born, the runt of the litter yet she always wanted to follow her older brother into things she wasn't exactly suppose to. While she often got into trouble, she never got into any danger. As soon as she neared 4 months, various new creatures came to look at her and her siblings. They kinda looked like the one she saw everyday or almost everyday but now paid no attention to. Mar was much more interested in these ones though, as they were new and different! They all seemed nice, and had their own different looks, most of them were around the same height except for a shorter female.
The shorter female came over to Mar and held her hand out for Mar to sniff, she seemed to be making friendly noises and seemed friendly so Mar ran over to the new female. She wrapped her tail around her hand and lay down, as if to be claiming the creature as her own.
